Recruitis offers you several tools for managing GDPR consents, including filters in the applicant database that list candidates with nearing end of GDPR consent so that you can conveniently send them a bulk consent request.
If you have done so, you have not yet had the opportunity to find out to whom the consent request has already been sent and thus prevent it from being sent again. One of the new filters allows you to see exactly those candidates that you have already applied for and, for example, send them a different consent request text than those you are writing to for the first time.
The second of the new filters will show you applicants who have not given you consent to be stored in the database at all, so you can again choose a different content and style of communication than if you are asking someone to extend an existing consent.
You don't have to tag candidates one at a time, but you can add or remove tags from an entire group of candidates.
